This extensive project involved the transportation of a glass recycling plant to Melbourne. The challenge was to handle 15 different departure points in Malaysia, Vietnam and Turkey. This time, the goods were not oversized or heavy, but the schedule was quite short. In addition, the conditions and uncertainties in times of pandemic made the circumstances in the transport sector more difficult.
The goods from Europe and Malaysia were picked up from the various suppliers and seaworthy packed. Everything was stowed in containers, partially fumigated and then shipped. In total, no less than 60 containers from Europe, 50 from Malaysia and 20 from Vietnam were involved, as well as the primary materials from Turkey, which were transported to Vietnam and Malaysia.
Together with our reliable partners from the Heavy Lift Group as well as the ATLAS network, we were able to meet all requirements and deliver the goods to Australia undamaged and in the required time.
Place of departure: Austria, Germany, Hungary, Italy, Denmark, Poland, Malaysia, Vietnam, Turkey
